Part 2 of my attempt to restore a 1997 Honda Fireblade CBR900RR-V. The motorbike has not been started in 3 years and has been off the road since 2016. I also believe it housed a family of rodents at some point…
This is my first ever attempt at anything beyond the usual oil change. I'm looking forward to getting this back on the road and learning some great lessons along the way.

This is my first blade and a kind of dream since I was a kid (now I’m a big kid).

On inspection it has:
Rusty Tank
Fork Seals gone
Missing Fuel Tap
Seized rear brake
Non functioning front brakes (well, they work a little)
Scored disks
Lots of rust
Needs new throttle and clutch cables
