The scientist informs Raja Krishnachandra that he is researching on increasing the size of vegetables. The scientist elaborates by saying that he has purchased a potato from the market to experiment with increasing its size to that of a ‘Pumpkin’. The scientist further makes the King understand that by getting a potato in a size of a pumpkin, the per capita consumption of their province will get reduced. However; a little later in the episode, a group of farmers come to meet the King to seek financial assistance from him; by citing this year’s low productions from their agricultural land.
