INGREDIENTS
2 medium to large potatoes
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt-free onion herb blend
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/2 to 1 tsp salt
garnish with cracked black pepper
garnish with fresh parsley
