👁 La polémica terapia EMDR consiste en hacer mover al paciente los ojos de un lado para otro mientras mantiene en su imaginación el recuerdo traumático. Qué peste a pseudociencia, ¿verdad? Pero, ¿y si os digo que según los estudios de eficacia, la terapia es eficaz para "curar" el trauma?

Bueno, que no cunda el pánico. Vamos a ver si esto es realmente cierto y, de ser así, qué es lo que podría explicar que el simple hecho de mover los ojos sea capaz de reducir los síntomas asociados al TEPT (trastorno de estrés postraumático)?
