The pump I’m using today has a soft suction cup for a smooth fit, a light-pressure handle, and a container to collect your milk safely. Start by placing the pump over your breast, making sure the fit feels snug and comfortable. Gently squeeze the handle to build light suction—this helps trigger your natural let-down and begins the milk flow.

Once you're done, release the suction carefully before removing the pump. Pour the milk into a clean, sterilized bottle or storage bag to keep it safe and fresh.
