The Ireland Men's and Women's Sevens squads are on the journey of a lifetime as they prepare for the Rugby World Cup Sevens tournaments in San Francisco in July. Irish Rugby TV are following the two squads over the course of their season.

From Dubai to Sydney and beyond, we go behind the scenes with the Ireland Sevens players and their coaches as they work towards this season's big prize.

Along the way we'll hear from the players about the highs and lows of the season, we'll look at their training, and also get an insight from the coaching staff on everything from travel to nutrition.
