You don’t have to hit the parks every single day to soak up the Disney magic! ✨ On our checkout day from the Polynesian, we took a little adventure to explore other Disney resorts, and it was such a fun (and budget-friendly) way to experience more of what Disney has to offer! 🏰

Here are 3 tips to maximize your non-park days at Walt Disney World:

✅ 1. Resort Hop for Free! 🚝
Hop on the monorail, Skyliner, or boats to check out different resorts. We visited the Grand Floridian to see the stunning gingerbread house and then rode over to the Contemporary—all without needing a park ticket!

✅ 2. Plan a Resort Dining Experience! 🍽️
If you can snag a dining reservation at a resort you haven’t stayed at, it’s a great way to experience the atmosphere, theming, and food without booking a full stay. Grand Floridian Café or Steakhouse 71 at the Contemporary are great choices!

✅ 3. Enjoy Seasonal & Resort-Exclusive Activities! 🎄🎶
Resorts offer special holiday decorations, character meet-and-greets, live music, and unique shopping experiences. The Grand Floridian’s life-size gingerbread house is a must-see during the holidays!

✨ BONUS TIP: You don’t have to be a guest at a resort to visit—just make sure to use Disney transportation if you don’t have a dining reservation.
