Different life ingredients help us make a change with a twist of fusion, the idea that westernization changes the outlook of our culture. It is a mix of all that drives the change. After Winning the title of Masterchef Australia season 10 in 2018, he started a fusion restaurant at Adelaide CBD, named Gaja by Sashi featuring Indian and South Asian Flavours.

He has served 2 years in the military as national service and 12 years in the Star Unit of the Singapore Police force.
