Natalie Williams - Mercy In A Society That Hates It (Proximity Conference 2024)

Natalie Williams shares on the subject of mercy, her life message and the theme she explores in her latest book ‘Tis Mercy All’. She recognises that in a society that is anti-mercy we as Christians, have an opportunity to be different and in doing so, point people to the most merciful one, Jesus.

Natalie grew up in a working-class family in relative poverty in Hastings, one of the most deprived towns in England. She became a Christian at 15, which transformed her life in every way. Natalie has co-authored three books about how Christians in the UK can respond to poverty, and a book about class issues in the church. Natalie is Chief Executive of the charity Jubilee+, which equips churches to change the lives of those in poverty in their communities.
