Welcome to Day 11 of the 40 Day Kundalini Yoga Weight Loss Challenge with Mariya Gancheva! This set works on raising the Kundalini Energy that lays dormant at the base of the spine. It will stir up the stagnant energy and channel it up the Shushmuna Nadi (the central channel of the body) so that we can manifest our highest Self and experience Bliss and Joy. The set is challenging and needs to be done with care and at the level one feels comfortable going. This set will also help release back pain and stimulate the detox processes by massaging your kidneys and liver.
