The reason the pop up is such bad quality is becuase it was orginated in 480p and my upscale tool isnt that good meaning if theres alot of noise then the quality will try and upscale them but it will look blury and smooth with no quality really this is done through Cap Cut 4k ai.

I was Contenplating just having the audio over the normal doctor who credits and not have the pop up but then i thought well then its not as it acctually happend also i think the only way to truely get good quality on that would be to re create it from scratch but i wouldnt know how to make it with everything working as it does on the video lol.
