Now this can be done very early on if you pay attention to the brand under the name. Also if you check every vendor, especially the Spacer's Choice ones first. Check any person who sells gear also.

If you miss this you can easily get it on Monarch. There is a Spacer's Choice vendor right next to the ship where you first land on the planet. Buy all those weapons, then head down South on the map. There will be people who sell gear as well. The one girl will sell Spacer's Choice armor, buy that and will only need the headgear. Next go to the town called Fallbrook. The town is almost at the bottom of the map, Southeastern. There will be a building with two merchants inside. Talk to the man for the eye patch. Then go into your items and equip all the slots with Spacer's Choice for the achievement to pop.
