Season Two: Story by ‪@LewisFanFiction‬
This season gets a bit more serious, since the death of Aunt Mary, the Parker money problem starts to become more prominent, and Uncle Ben is struggling to pay rent and decides to get two jobs to get more money. This sees Jordan get a job at The Daily News as we introduce J. Martin Jameson, Tyler Robertson (Skeet Ulrich), Bonnie Brant (Sophia Carson) and Elijah Hoffman (David Harbour), all as main state characters. The Daily News rose to fame after Spider-Man was accused of killing Nolan Osborn, after J. Martin Jameson started reporting on all of the headlines. Jordan is caught in a little bit of a conflict when Lizzie confesses her feeling for him and get tangled in a love triangle between him, Lizzie and Gwyn, but the situation is quickly resolved when Gwyn expressed to Jordan that he likes him as well but just want to remain close friends. Later, Jordan and Lizzie’s relationship starts to get more serious this season as they are officially in a relationship. Rafael is clearly jealous of this and still hasn't gotten over the break-up, due to him being aggressive and being raised by his abusive father. Moving into the next thing is that Deer Park High has a new student, Marley Jane Weston (Isabela Merced), who just moved from the Bronx and now is attending Deer Park High. Moving on to Henry Osborn, however his disappearances for and season prior are choked up to be just grieving his parents but what some people don’t realize is that he was actually skipping school to self-medicate himself with drugs and alcohol. Henry has been really struggling but Jordan has failed to notice this, he’s been so infatuated with Lizzie. During the first couple of episodes, Marley and Henry develop a bond together, bringing them together, and during midseason they end up getting into a relationship. The villains this season will see the return of The Vulture but also introduce new villains such as the Rhino (Florian Munteanu), Shocker (Joel Kinnaman) and Mysterio (Zachary Levi). The main villain of this season will be Dr. Oliver Octavious who will be a professor at Midtown University. Jordan will meet Octavious for a science experiment and they both end up developing a relationship with Oliver over the course of the season, making his downfall into a villainy at the more tragic. Another character that will have a more prominent role this season is Sheriff Garrett Stacey (James Remar), who has been brought in to capture Spider-Man after he was accused of killing Nolan Osborn. Later in the season, Jordan is starting to spend less time with the one that he knows and loves, since he’s focusing more on being Spider-Man. This starts getting in a way of his relationships with others even with Lizzie. However, this eventually becomes Jordan’s undoing as he starts overthinking his every move and then Sheriff Stacey ends up being the big death at the end of the season at the hands of Doc-Ock. In the end, Stacey recognizes Spider-Man as a hero but in his dying breath tells him to take care of Gwyn and we get a scene where Jordan apologizes over Aunt Mary’s grave saying that he failed and because of that he will be… Spider-Man… no more.
