Bagong Batas sa Pagpa-TITULO ng Lupa thru Administrative or Judicial Titling
- RA11573 of 2021 (An Act Improving The Confirmation Process For Imperfect Land Titles)
- IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS of DENR DAO 2021-38, Dec. 9, 2021

Dahil sa bagong batas, mapa padali na ang pagpa titulo ng lupa na matagal na ninyong tinitirahan. Ang tawag nito ay confirmation of imperfect title sa pamamaraan ng administrative titling na i file sa cenro denr and judicial titling na i file sa regional trial court.

Take note ang pinag-uusapan natin dito ay yung first time registration of alienable and disposable unregistered agricultural land. Makikita dito ang process at mga requirements paano ma confirm ang imperfect title.

Pag uusapan din natin dito ang extra ordinary acquisitive prescription
na 30 years at ordinary acquisitive prescription na 10 years.
