👃✨ Common residual issues after traditional reduction rhinoplasty include an inverted-V deformity separating the bony and cartilaginous vault, residual septal deviation, alar retraction with lateral depressions around the tip leading to an unnatural appearance, and a drooping nasal tip. 

🔬🛠️A structural ultrasonic rhinoseptoplasty was performed to correct these deformities through precise bony remodeling and controlled repositioning of the cartilaginous framework. Costal cartilage grafts were used when necessary to restore anatomical continuity and stable nasal projection. 

📸 📅✅ At one-year follow-up, the nose shows a natural, balanced shape with a smooth nasal contour and correction of all preoperative irregularities, without any visible surgical stigmata.
