Library of Congress (full tour) 🏛☕️🍂

Spending the entire day at the Library of Congress (LOC) for leisure was such a treat!! I've been here a few times for work, but this was the first time I was on my own time, soaking in all of the wonderful, historical relics on display, attending lectures and symposiums, even signing up for the guided tour.

*Be Advised- if you are planning to attend any of the many Library of Congress events, be sure to go online and secure your FREE time stamped pass so you can access the building.

Seeing the contents in President Abraham Lincoln's pockets the night he was assassinated was surreal. And President James Madison's crystal flute that has only ever been played by R&B singer Lizzo was a real treat!!
