Good morning Trinidad and the rest of the internet. I want to share my recent experience shipping direct to Trinidad through DHL ftom Amazon. I won a 50US Amazon gift card and I had 15US left over from another gift card I used years ago. I have only shopped online a few times. I placed my order on Thursday before the Easter long weekend. When shopping on Amazon with a local address you are restricted to items that ship to a local address and customs and taxes are estimated and paid in advance. For 2 amazon basics vneck jersies I paid 64.53US. The order was shipped 2 days later on Saturday. Each step of the way you are notified from both Amazon and DHL. Make sure you have a valid telephone number that DHL can contact you with. By Thursday morning at 613am I got a notification that my package is out for delivery. At 803am I got a call from DHL driver that he was at the end of my road. He asked for directions and said he had to make one delivery before mines and to keep my phone close by. I stood outside looking for a yellow van. By 816am the van was in front my house and package delivered. I tried on the jersey and I love the fit. The label says made in Pakistan. I am wearing the jersey as I make this video. The estimated delivery date was the 12th and then the 8th and it arrived on the morning of the 4th. Well ahead of schedule.
