CLEAN Aquarium Glass White Residue

Описание к видео CLEAN Aquarium Glass White Residue

Clean your aquarium glass white residue with a sharp blade. You want a flat style razor blade to scrap away at the white residue mineral build up. These types of blades work the best to clean the white residue because they are very thin and they are extremely sharp. If you try to use a thicker blade it’s not going to break up the sediment as well.

The white residue in your fish aquarium is commonly caused by the minerals inside of your water. They are referenced as dissolved solids and they build up on the glass. The longer you let them continuously build up on top of layers the harder it’s going to be to clean. It is best to clean your aquarium of these white residue buildup‘s once a month. That way the cleaning process doesn’t get away from you and it becomes a larger job.

If you’re trying to clean an aquarium that’s very old and has lots of mineral buildup and residue you can use white vinegar to break it down. You can only clean a fish tank in this style if it’s not set up. Get some white vinegar and put it in a spray bottle and apply it to the white residue buildup. The longer the vinegar sits on the mineral buildup the better it’s going to break it down. You can then also use a flat razor blade to scrape it away after the vinegar breaks down.
