Short video on how to make Stuffed Aloo Tikki Chaat. :)

Ingredients:
For Aloo Tikki:
Potatoes - 2 Boiled
Thick Poha (Flattened Rice) - 1/4 Cup
Corn Flour - 1 Tbsp
Rice Flour - 2 Tbsps
Salt - As Per Taste
Oil - 4 Tbsps
For Stuffing:
Chana Dal - 1/2 Cup Soaked Overnight Or For Atleast 6 Hours
Green Chillies - 2 Finely Chopped
Ginger - 1 Inch Piece Finely Chopped
Coriander Leaves - A Handful Finely Chopped
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - As Per Taste
For Chaat:
Yogurt - 2-3 Tbsps
Sweet Chutney - 1 Tsp
Green Chutney - 1 Tsp
Onions - A Handful Finely Chopped
Coriander Leaves - A Handful Finely Chopped
Salt - As Per Taste

Recipe:
1. Soak 1/2 cup of Chana Dal overnight or for atleast 6 hours and then pressure cook for about 6 whistles and once the cooker pressurizes, transfer it to a bowl and allow it to cool.
2. In a bowl, add 2 boiled and grated potatoes, 1/4 cup of thick poha (flattened rice), 1 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tbsp of rice flour, 1 tbsp of oil, salt as per taste and mix well to form a smooth dough and keep it aside.
3. In another bowl, add pressure boiled Chana Dal, 2 finely chopped green chillies, 1 Inch piece of finely chopped ginger, a handful of finely chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp of turmeric, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of coriander powder, 1/4 tsp of roasted cumin seeds powder, 1/4 tap of garam masala, salt as per taste and mix well.
4. Now grease your palms with about a 1/2 tsp of oil and take small portion of the potato dough mixture and pat it lightly and keep pressing on sides and make it into bowl like shape with cavity.
5. Fill inside with Chana Dal mixture and seal this mixture with the potato dough.
6. Pat it lightly and similarly prepare all the Aloo Tikkis and coat them with rice flour and dust off the excess flour and keep them all ready.
7. Place a pan on flame and add 3 tbsps of oil and spread it around the pan.
8. Once the oil is little hotter, place the Tikkis and gently roast them on both the sides (keep flipping and roast) till golden brown and crispy and take them out onto a plate.
9. Transfer 2 Tikkis to a serving plate and crush the Tikkis lightly.
10. Top them with 2-3 tbsps of yogurt, 1 tsp of sweet chutney, 1 tsp of green chutney, a handful of finely chopped onions, a handful of finely chopped coriander leaves, a pinch of salt and serve and enjoy! :)
