1997 Peterson Pacific 5000G Whole Tree Flail Chipper with CAT 3412M Engine, 3-Flail, 3-Knife, Key Knife System. Engine has less than 2000 hrs of running time on the current engine build. Until recently this unit has served as a backup, being used only sparingly. This video taken the second week of February 2012, shows it can produce chips when called upon. Engine sounds great and the machine is very dry for a Peterson of this vintage.
