In this asmr plumbing video I’m installing a new sink waste and trap with connecting the pipe down to the original waste pipe. The previous pipes was all over the place and now is a lot simpler and much more neater.

The washers inside the sink pack are skeptical at best and the top foam washers are just a waste of time! I’ve removed this one and just siliconed the top which will give a perfect seal. With silicone you just need to try keep things minimal as it’s easy to get yourself in a mess with it!

The glue I use comes on a ball instead of a brush! This ball is 10x better than the brush as you can reach hard areas to cover. With most sinks these days they ship some funky wastes and traps which you always need to adapt! Luckily for us in the uk, macalpine make an adapter which allows us to fit a regular trap to something that’s been made for the eu market.
