Here's how to download iOS 14 without WiFi or computer, using a cellular mobile data connection to install the latest iOS14 update. I have seen a lot of people complain that they can't update to iOS 14 as they do not have a WiFi connection so I decided to make this video. It's a very easy step that works on the iPhone SE (1st gen) through the iPhone 11 Pro Max, which I used in this video.

IMPORTANT!!!
If you still can't download, try these below

Go to Settings, Select Mobile Data, Scroll down and make sure 'Settings' is toggled on there.
Try Setting 6 months ahead
Make sure VPN is turned off
Try with your phone charger plugged in
Try restarting your phone

Also, try this before setting date ahead
Settings - Privacy - Location Services - System Services. Turn off 'Setting Time Zone'.
You can also try to turn off Location Services completely and turn back on later.
