The talk consists of all the circumstances that led up to the popularity of Pre-Columbian Art in the 1930s through today and how it exploded onto the art scene. Several art dealers were pioneers and early influencers that consisted of Hollywood celebrities and famous international painters helped it become mainstream from an obscure genre.

This type of ancient art from Mexico, Central America, and South America was even featured in advertising campaigns due to its popularity.

I share some really neat stories learned during research and also through personal experience.
