Today, we’re reviewing another western movie that I watched last night, and it’s The Horse Soldiers! The DVD came out in 2004.

Released in 1959 and directed by John Ford, this movie stars John Wayne as Colonel Marlowe and William Holden with Constance Towers, Althea Gibson and many others.

This faithful representation of one of the most daring cavalry exploits in history is both a moving tribute to the men who fought and died in that bloody war, a powerful, action packed drama.

Unfortunately, Jeremy Snider does NOT like this movie because of the battle violence as well as the scenes of heavy drinking and it gives him a headache! Right after testing this DVD at work by going through some of the scenes, he had no alternative but to unveil his opinion on it! As such, he is NOT watching this movie at all!
