Kristin Juel from UnCut Juels chats with singer/songwriter Ruby Velle and artist Mila Thomsen about creating the album art for Ruby's latest single 'Straight Out The Mud'.

Juel Concepts, a music management + marketing company founded by veteran Advertising Executive, Kristin Juel, announced the launch of UnCut Juels - a hybrid media platform designed to uncover and reveal raw, unscripted, music-adjacent artist stories.

The new platform will eventually develop into a Patreon style model to support independent artists with curated, intimate live experiences and allow for digital performances and fan interactions all in one platform.

Juel said, “Ultimately now more than ever there is strength in numbers. About a week into social distancing and virtual performances from our artists on a number of different platforms, we recognized the need to help independent artists like ours break through the clutter. We decided to build a one-stop-shop for fans to find music they love, and we believe that this dedicated peer-to-peer community is the path forward. This is about building together in order to shine a greater light during dark times -- and beyond. In fact, we believe it will have incredible value and impact as the music industry regains its footing and moves into its next iteration.”
