This is Deep Week! Freediving Training in Bali

Deep Week is not quite a freediving course. People come to learn to freedive or improve their freediving but It's more like an 8 day freediving festiva than a course. We bring all the best freedivers and the best freediving instructors from around the world to one location for a phenomenal group learning experience.

Every day we offer 6 workshops on 6 different freediving topics and students are able to move between the workshops and choose what they want to learn or who they want to learn from. This year we had presentations and workshops on absolutely everything:

-Frenzel equalisation
-Mouthfill equalisation
-No hands equalisation
-Breathing techniques
-Mental training techniques
-Advanced physiology
-Monofinning workshops
-No finning workshops

And that's just naming a few! Most of these topics were also taught more than once so that students wouldn't miss out and also had the opportunity to listen to the same topic covered by two different instructors.
