It seems not everyone has been informed about the new Toggle Group Mode keybind that was introduced in patch 5. It wasn't put into the patch notes and so us as players had to find it of our own accord.

The new option allows you to group and ungroup your party with the hit of one key, making everything a bit smoother when positioning or selecting your party.

Do keep in mind that Baldur's Gate 3 is still in early access and so the features shown in the video are subject to change and the game is incomplete, so expect more to be added to the game in the future. At time of recording the game was still in Early Access Patch 5, and by the time of the full release of Baldur's Gate 3 things may have changed.
