In Konami's Double Dribble for the NES, there are certain ways to guarantee a successful three point attempt with (I think) 100% accuracy.

From what I understand, jumping out of bounds and releasing a three point shot at the correct position will succeed every time. To line up the shot properly, your player must be in a position such that the trajectory of the ball will be a straight vertical line to the basket. If you do this right, you will hit a three pointer every time. The timing is tricky, but with some practice, you can get is almost automatically.

This infamous "Corner Three" exploit was showcased in an episode of Family Guy that aired on Fox in 2016. The episode was titled "Run, Chris, Run" and it used gameplay footage of the Nintendo game Double Dribble. However, the footage was apparently taken directly from a video by a YouTube user named Sw1tched, and it seems like Fox never asked permission to use the clip. After the episode aired, the original video by Sw1tched was taken down due to a copyright claim by Fox. The video has since been reinstated.
