Shae Loya Shrine Overview

The Shae Loya Shrine (Aim for the Moment trial) is located in Tabantha’s West Hyrule Plains (coordinates: ~-4500, 0800, 0200). The puzzle requires precise archery to hit a moving crystal switch, activating platforms to access a treasure chest and the altar.

Solving the Aim for the Moment Trial

Setup:
Enter the Shrine to find a moving platform with a crystal switch, a stationary platform with a chest on a right ledge, and a gate blocking the altar ahead.
The goal is to shoot the crystal switch to trigger a platform and open the gate.
Step 1: Get the Treasure Chest:
Stand on the starting platform. Equip a bow, such as one available in Tabantha (20 Rupees at shops).
Aim at the crystal switch on the moving platform (~2–3 seconds per cycle). Lock on (ZL) and shoot (A) when it’s closest.
Hitting the switch raises a launch platform. Step onto it to be catapulted upward.
Deploy the Paraglider (X) at the peak and glide to the right ledge (~-4500, 0800, 0210). Open the chest to receive either a Topaz (180 Rupees) or a Falcon Bow (20 damage, 20 range).
Tip: Save before shooting. Use slow-motion aiming (jump, ZR) for precision. Reload if you miss.
Step 2: Reach the Altar:
From the chest platform, shoot the crystal switch again (~2–3 seconds). This raises the gate to the altar.
Glide (X) back to the main area or walk across the platform.
Proceed to the altar (~-4500, 0800, 0220) and interact (A) to receive a Spirit Orb.
Alternative: Use Stasis (L, A) on the crystal switch to freeze it, making the shot easier.
Tip: Save before each shot; retry if timing is off.
Rewards

Spirit Orb: Trade 4 at a Goddess Statue for a Heart Container or Stamina Vessel.
Topaz or Falcon Bow:
Topaz: Sell for 180 Rupees or use for upgrades.
Falcon Bow: Use for precise shots or sell for ~10 Rupees.
