When people first start playing ArcheAge, crossing the ocean in a rowboat seems like the only way. I should know, when I first started I successfully crossed the ocean after 2 failed attempts with ArcheAge's rowboat at level 20.

I did not ask about the ArcheAge world gates, and I only realized about it much later in the game. These portals are located in Ynystere and Hacylona. There are two additional world gates in Hasla and Karakase as well.

The world gates are the easiest way to get the first ArcheAge memory tomes on your opposing factions continent. This guide will do an ArcheAge speed run of getting from Villanelle, all the way to Ynystere for the ArcheAge Caernord world gate.

This world gate pops players out over in Hacylona, where they can fight in the Hacylona wars.
