My name is Kasey Quilter. I'm one of the three owners of quilter construction and remodeling i partnered with my dad and my brother my dad is the patriarch of the company he started this in the early 70s we've developed a reputation of being one of the high-end quality homebuilders in the state of utah because of what our dad has brought to the table and all the homes he's built in the past we built our reputation off of our last name we take pride in the work that we do and we put our name on every house that we do build this is the twilight starter home in victory ranch this is the first opportunity that we had to build in victory ranch the lot is exquisite it looks over all of victory ranch which is a is a beautiful development here that has a golf course tons of back acreage to go hiking biking and we're glad that we were able to build this house as our first opportunity building this home on twilight star for these clients was absolutely fun to build this is such a fun project to hand the keys over to them and give them everything that they expected from day one they were very informative on what we wanted to put into the home and i think we delivered what their expectations were and even more.

It's very important for the client to be involved start to finish on these homes with everything that they want to put into these houses it's very crucial that they give us all the information.

I feel great about this house this house turned out above my expectations from the day we we stepped foot on this job this house is everything if it was my own house i would be ecstatic to call this my home some of the favorite features in this house on twilight star are the fireplace in the great room and the kitchen area it's a great gathering area for entertaining it's a great area to come and sit watch a game watch a sporting event just hang out with family enjoy the views out the windows the views in this house are spectacular going out on the deck in the summertime is another spectacular view looking over into park city and the camas you have a full 180 view of that valley.

Some of the finishes that we used in this house are not always used very often they're becoming more and more common in homes but the hot rolled steel in the fireplace and the hood over the kitchen range those things are custom built pieces the wine room downstairs it is a phenomenal wine room that they can just go in grab a bottle of wine but you can also sit in there and have a drink the wet bar upstairs with the backlit stone it's just one of those features that you walk through the front door and it goes wow welcome to our home the music room in this house is phenomenal they have a son that plays piano and he's really good at piano and they want to be able to hear him play piano and they also want to be able to not hear him play piano so we put in a sliding corner door that is a pocket door that you don't see in many homes that comes to a corner it's very unique to this house.

The light fixture that's hanging over the staircase is a local company out of salt lake it's hammerton very unique one-of-a-kind type light fixtures that sets off the staircase [Music] so this home it's very crucial with this being a second home and then not living here full time building this house at long distance that we need to be in full communication with our clients from day one whether it's a on-site zoom meeting whether it's a facetime meeting or we send them drone footage back to them so they can see the progress of their house it's very crucial that we have this time spent with our clients we want it to feel very stress-free when we're building a house we feel like it's very crucial that you gain that relationship with clients and we want our clients to hire us because they like us more at the end of the project than when they've hired us originally.

These clients have become really close friends to our family now that we've built their house and through the process they've gained our trust we've gained their trust

We're extremely proud to put Quilter Construction remodeling on this house the flagship house that we've started in victory ranch we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out for our clients this house is exquisite it sets itself apart from all the other houses in victory ranch as the elite house.
