Captain Tim & Noi make 20 liters of Green Mango fruit wine at home. This is a favorite recipe and if you want to try, here is how it is done... works well with many different types of fruit.

Ingredients:
4 kilo Green Mango
1 kilo Lychee
1 kilo Longong
4 kilo sugar
200cc honey
4 tablespoons activated yeast
1 cup strong tea w/ 2 tea bags (optional)
3 cinnamon sticks (optional)
1 star of anise (optional)
2 roasted chillys (optional)
1 lime - zest & juice (optional)
18liter clean water
