Ingredients

- Cross cut beef short ribs (300g per person (ask your butcher, they should be able to cut them for you)
- 1 nashi pear
- 1 banana shallot
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp soy sauce

Method

1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
2. Marinate your ribs for 3-12 hours.
3. Grill over high heat.
4. Serve with rice, kimchi and anything else your heart desires really.
5. Enjoy!
