Silverback Awali gets a grooming session from mangabey Litchee after a chase with blackbacks. Awali seems ticklish as Litchee touches his foot

Not sure who's chasing who here – one of the blackbacks takes off running, and Silverback Awali charges after him, with his blackback sibling trailing. Once it calms down, the blackbacks lie down, giving Litchee the mangabey a chance to get to her grooming session with the silverback. She comes down from the rocks, curious, as Awali picks his nose. "What are you doing?"

Awali then lies on his back and gets the full mangabey treatment. Litchee climbs on him, starting with grooming. Awali lies still, perhaps enjoying the attention. She touches his foot, but he pulls away – is he ticklish? After a bit of head grooming, Awali yawns, and Litchee practically ends up on his face. Is she watching him, or deciding how to proceed with grooming his face? Awali doesn’t mind, which makes me wonder if he was ticklish after all, particularly with that foot!

Around 10 minutes later, Awali rolls onto his belly with Litchee still close by. She seems to be in heat, rubbing herself against his arm.
