材料Ingredients:
鯧魚 1條 Pomfret 1pc
蔥花 適量 Chopped Shallot appropriate
油 2湯匙 Oil 2tbsp
蒸魚豉油 適量 Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seefood appropriate

豆豉汁Black Bean Sauce:
蒜蓉 2茶匙 Chopped Garlic 2tsp
豆豉粒 2湯匙 Black Bean 2tbsp
辣椒 1條 Chill 1pc
鹽 1/4茶匙 Salt 1/4tsp
糖 半茶匙 Sugar 1/2tsp
陳皮 1塊 Tangerine Peel 1pc
生抽 1茶匙 Soy Sauce 1tsp
生粉 1茶匙 Corn Starch 1tsp
水 1湯匙 Water 1tbsp
