Keser Pista Peda:
Rich and creamy peda made with khoya, sugar, and pistachios
Flavored with kesar (saffron) and cardamom
Garnished with chopped pistachios and edible silver leaf (varak)

Mawa Barfi:
Creamy and smooth barfi made with khoya, sugar, and ghee
Flavored with cardamom and saffron
Garnished with chopped nuts and edible silver leaf (varak)

Ingredients:
Khoya (mawa) or milk powder 2 cups
Sugar 1/2 cup
Ghee 2 tbsp
Pistachios
Kesar (saffron) 1/4 tsp
Cardamom 6 to 8
Edible silver leaf (varak)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the milk pd with milk mixture by cooking ghee. Add sugar & elichi pd ,saffron’s
2. Divide the mixture into two parts.
3. Add pistachios, kesar, and cardamom to one part for Keser Pista Peda.
4. Shape into peda and garnish with chopped pistachios
5. Add cardamom and saffron to the other part for Mawa Barfi.
6. Shape into barfi and garnish with chopped nuts and varak.
