Re-Sewing My Old Costume + making an early Victorian BUSTLE

When I discovered my old romantic era 1840s costume no longer fit I decided to take it apart and fix it! And while I was at it, I sewed a 1830s bustle to go with the dress. For the bustle, I followed a tutorial by American Duchess (linked below).
