The Usual Dinner scene of my house during working days is a one pot meal... Husband has an early lunch and he has the same as I give for the kids lunch box... Kids have dal rice after they come back from school so they have any kind of tiffins during the night... Today's menu was vermicelli pulav in my way... Each house has a different recipe according to their family's taste... My kids don't like any veggies in it and i looove to add green peas to it... I made a bit extra of this to have it as my breakfast for the next morning (will add steamed peas then 😃) as I too don't eat anything in the night... Kids come back from the tuition by 8 30pm so i try to wind up everything before that... Cooking cleaning loading the dishwasher etc so that I can sit with them for sometime... They get to watch TV only for these 15 to 20mins while they eat so those who think that watching TV while eating is bad etc etc please it's ok... They run marathons the entire day so these 15mins won't spoil them as they again get back to study till 10pm...
