#Belzona1311 is a two-component paste-grade system designed for repairing and rebuilding metal machinery and equipment damaged by #erosion-corrosion. When mixed and applied this system is ideally suited for: pumps, propellers, bow thrusters, heat exchangers, tube sheets, Kort nozzles.

One of the key factors of a Belzona application is a thorough mix of its two-components. The base and the solidifier.

In this video we demonstrate #howtomixBelzona 1311 by volume.

For the mixing, you will need the base and solidifier of Belzona 1311, a Belzona working surface and two spatulas.

Each product package comes with the Manufacturer’s Instructions for Use.

First, remove the caps and protective seals and set them aside.

Measure 3 separate parts of Belzona 1311 Base and transfer them to the working surface. Place the seal and cap back onto the container to store for further use.

With a clean spatula, Measure 1 part of Belzona 1311 Solidifier and transfer it to the working surface. Place the seal and cap back onto the container to store for further use.

Mix both components together in a figure 8 motion until a uniform mixture is achieved.
