Using a Diamond Lacing Tool, a blunt screwdriver, a mixture of detergent and water, and a pair of gloves. The replacement trim is from Ebay seller nev806m (Aka Frank Grote of http://www.vwbusparts.freeserve.co.uk/) There are two types of trim, a rounder one for the side windows, and another with a flatter profile for the front and rear windscreens.
