The #agile industry has it's own jargon and acronyms to describe key concepts and ideas, but it also has a problem in that not everyone is clear about what those acronyms mean or what it truly represents.

#agile has a tendency to blindly accept that we all know what the acronym means and that the terminology means exactly the same thing to everyone, regardless of their contribution, role or understanding of a #scrum environment.

MVP is a Minimum Viable Product whilst MMP represents a Minimum Marketable Product.

In this short video John McFadyen explains what an MVP and MMP are, and cautions #scrummasters to take time out to make sure that everybody on the team understands what is meant when these terms are used.
