Can a 16-inch MacBook Pro actually run Warframe smoothly through CrossOver or is it just another “yeah, but it stutters and overheats” situation?

In this video, I do a real-world Warframe gameplay test on a MacBook Pro 16" using CrossOver + Steam, and show you exactly how it performs in real missions, not just in menus.

To keep things realistic and playable, I set:
Refresh rate to 60 Hz (instead of 120 Hz to avoid the MacBook overheating)
Resolution around 2K (2560×1329-ish)
Graphics settings on High
Power mode: High Power, plugged into the power adapter

You’ll see me:
Jump into actual Warframe missions, relic runs and public squads
Show how Warframe loads, stutters briefly at the start of missions, then settles into smooth gameplay
Test 60 Hz vs 120 Hz so you can see the trade-off between FPS and temperature/fan noise
Check how stable the framerate feels at high settings via CrossOver
Talk through whether this is genuinely playable on a MacBook Pro, not just “technically runs”
