Recorded this 2 days ago but got busy and didn't have time to upload. Figured this would stump people when they reach here especially if they haven't built enough raiders, and from my experience so far if I don't get this recorded now there will be people asking vid for this stage in a few a days and I wouldn't have something to show them. So here's how I did a 3-star run so I could sweep the stage as soon as I unlock the stage. Achievements can wait til later.

The intended method when you're still underpowered is to stay out of its attack range and spam rockets, then focus fire once anything breaks, but with my team I couldn't get under 8 turns for the star with this method. So I did this strategy instead. You need to RNG the first Winston's debuff attack, it needs to hit the right arm (cannon arm), this will help him destroy the right arm in the next turn, and will apply hit down in this turn helping your team survive. Also if Naomi's missile hit the titan's body while it's shielded then it's instant reset.

On second turn, use Naomi's missiles to get the right arm to within Winston's lock-on damage range so he can break it with lock-on, then get an extra turn to apply the debuff again and trigger the HP% damage. Stand 4 square away when breaking the arm so the boss can't counter with his machine gun, the cannon arm will be broken so he can't counter anything 4 range and beyond. After that it's just focus fire. Use Winston's debuff skill again at the beginning of turn 3 to apply armor down.
