Lobster Elite Grand 5 - Actual On the Court - FAILS!!!

The issues documented by this video were brought to the attention of Lobster Customer Support. Their suggestion was to increase the distance of the test shot (even though it is hitting the T correctly). So here is what happens when you increase that distance by 4.5ft...

This machine can be manually programmed to make any of the shots in these patterns, but then you can only do that one shot over and over. With the preset pattern, you just waste your time shagging balls. As for creating a custom program, you do not get the same total control over ball placement as you do with a single "manual" shot, so you cannot really do anything close to what these presets are supposed to do.

I say to anyone considering buying a Lobster Ball Machine... watch the video... consider very carefully if this is how you want your training session to go... and whether it is even remotely acceptable that their support team would brush off this kind of abysmal performance in a $2K + ball machine (plus cost of the remote which absolutely NEVER reaches the machine from the baseline -- you have to step in very close to the service line at best for the signal to be received). Maybe if you live next door to the Lobster company and can physically bring in the machine to show them how bad it is... that would be the only way I would ever buy another one of their machines.
