• #1. Warranty on the Bluetti is a standard two-year limited warranty.
What happens if my Bluetti is not working? ( copied from Bluetti) This is how they helped me.
• A: In the unlikely event that your Bluetti isn’t working properly, we will help you fix it or we will replace it! We will need a video of the problem you are having. Since we work directly with MaxOak, we will have MaxOak engineers analyze the issues. If it is easy to repair, we will help you repair the issue. If it is a bigger issue than that, we will get your product returned and ship you a new one.
• 100 percent took care of my problem. Unbelievable that they were able to send me a replacement. I never expected to get it replaced for no charge. Even covered the shipping. I truly expected a bill for about $500.00. I followed the instructions and they walked me through the process. I highly recommend this product because if you have any problems they are there to help you even if it is your fault and it should not be under warrantee. They still helped me. I do not know how to give them a better rating than that, they will help you. All you have to do is ask. This product is superior and they want you to be satisfied. I want you to know that this Bluetti EB150 will be your better than your best friend. I never want to be without one again.

Mostly use my bluetti for laundry in my washing machine and a backup for my fridge that has ran 12 hours. Leave it plugged in always to generator so it is ready to go. Also has a shut off so it does not over charge. Can also leave it on charger to use.
