I spoke about this in my May market update, but I wanted to touch on it again and explain what it means when we talk about Columbus being top ten on Realtor.com’s hottest housing markets list.

It was announced that we are still top 10 on the list, coming in at number 7. The hottest housing market list is a rating system that picks out areas where homes are both selling fast and have a lot of potential buyers browsing the listings online.
