📝 What to ask about:
• Base salary + bonus/commission
• Total cash (base + bonus), signing bonus
• Equity/stock options (vesting schedule)
• Health, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA
• PTO, holidays, sick leave
• Remote/hybrid policy, working hours
• Start date, manager, probation period
• Relocation, education budget
• Visa/immigration support (if relevant)
• Other perks/policies

⏳ Important: Don’t negotiate yet — just ask clarifying questions and take notes.

💬 Close the call professionally:
“Thanks for walking me through everything. This sounds exciting. I’ll review with my [family/partner] tonight and follow up tomorrow.”

👉 If they push again:
“I’ll follow up within 24 hours.”
