How to Improve Pitching Velocity By STRENGTHENING YOUR HIPS

This video will show you multiple exercises to strengthen your hips. We are often asked how to strengthen your hips and how weak hip abductors can decrease performance in baseball, specifically, pitching. Often simply by increasing hip abduction strength you can increase pitching velocity because weak hips can lead to biomechanical faults. Strong hips are important if you want to throw as fast as possible. In this video we go over two of our favorite exercises for pitchers and baseball players.
