This video wraps up the fundamental (undergraduate) coverage of the cache-memory hierarchy with virtual memory. This is a simplified introduction to virtual memory that only discusses a one-level page table scheme as motivation. The focus of this video is on the hardware integration of virtual memory, although some of the role of the operating system in managing the hardware is discussed. The differences between virtually-addressed, physically-addressed, and the virtually-indexed, physically-tagged cache are explored. Concepts of cache aliases and homonyms are explained briefly, along with sketches of how they can be handled or avoided. You should have a solid understanding of cache (such as in my prior videos) and RISC pipelining although with no specific instruction set architecture. It would also help to know how exceptions work to understand the discussion on TLB Miss handling and page faults.
