On World Radio Day in Bhopal, UNICEF Madhya Pradesh, in collaboration with All India Radio, hosted an interactive dialogue on the theme “AI & Radio: Voice of Young People.” Students, radio professionals, and media experts discussed how radio continues to stay relevant in the age of Artificial Intelligence. Children from Bhopal, Subhashpoora, Dhar, and Jhabua participated actively, while student RJs from Lakecity Voice shared their perspectives and questions. The session highlighted how AI can support scripting and production but cannot replace the emotional depth and human connection of radio. Discussions also addressed concerns around misinformation and radio’s relevance in the era of podcasts and digital streaming. The dialogue concluded with a powerful message , technology may change, but the human voice of radio continues to connect.
